We’ll guide on how to improve Salesforce’s UX on the Profile and Permission Set’s User interface from its original form.

Here is a visual reference of the default interface and how it’s gonna look like, once we finish:

Steps

1. Open you Salesforce’s setup page, and enter ‘Manage’ in the ‘Quick find’ search box. Then, Click on the ‘User Management Settings’ .

2. Then, once in the ‘User Management Settings’, scroll to ‘Enhanced Profile User Interface’ and click to enable…that’s it!.

3. Finally, you’ll probably want to validate that the change has taken effect. In order to do so, enter ‘Profile’ in the ‘Quick find’ search box, and click on it.
